Room ID and Password (for PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, etc. ) are shared through in App-Notification and also inside the app. Just open the app and scroll down to the match you participated, click on it and there you will get the Room ID and Password before 15 minutes of match start time. Make sure you join the Room within 15 minutes before match start time. Read more about on how to get Room Id and password here.

Yes, you can team-up and play with your friends in a squad matches. To do so, make sure you and your friends have registered for the same match and when the Room ID and Password are shared, make sure all your registered friends and you join the room and take the same team slot. But teaming-up with the enemies in matches is not acceptable and could lead to your battle loop account ban.

Yes, you can register more than 1 entry from same Battleloop account in Squad and Duo Matches. To do so, join any duo or squad matches and pay the full squad/duo joining amount, now fill the all four/dual players username to register your friends as Duo/Squad.

Yes, BattleLoop does provide an option to cancel entry from any match and get refund. But this option has to be used before 30 minutes of Match Start time only. To cancel your entry, just follow the steps below.

  1. Open App and Select the Game (PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, etc.).
  2. Click on the Match you have joined in which you want to cancel the entry.
  3. You will be in the Match Details Screen. At the bottom left side, you will see MY ENTRIES Option. Click on it and your entries to that match will be listed.
  4. Click on the CANCEL option beside the entry you want to delete.
  5. Confirm the entry cancellation and you will get instant refund for the match entry in your Battleloop Wallet.

Yes, you can edit your In-Game Name or ID in a match before 30 minutes of match start time. To edit any entry, follow the steps below.

  1. Open App and Select the Game (PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, etc.).
  2. Click on the Match you have joined in which you want to edit the entry.
  3. You will be in the Match Details Screen. At the bottom left side, you will see MY ENTRIES Option. Click on it and your entries to that match will be listed.
  4. Click on the EDIT option beside the entry you want to Edit.
  5. In the pop-up, you can edit your In-Game Name and ID. Once done, Click on SUBMIT button and that’s it. You can now play with your updated changes.

Well, there are several reasons why you get kicked from the room even after you register for the match. Some of which are:

  1. You registered incorrect PUBG Username and hence our filtering team did not recognize you.
  2. You joined with new PUBG Account or with the doubtful account which is against BattleLoop Fair Play Policy.
  3. Joined with PUBG Mobile Account with Level less than 25.
  4. Invited Unregistered Friends to the Room.
  5. Kept changing position in the room.
  6. Using Emulator to Play in Non-Emulator Matches.
  7. We would suggest you to go through the Match Rules and the Fair Play Policy before you participate in the next match or the tournaments.

If you feel you were kicked by mistake then please share us your BattleLoop Username, PUBG Username, Match / Tournament Number and the Screenshot of your PUBG Profile. We will check it further and initiate refund if the case falls under our Refund Policy. Thank you!

If your account is suspended then that means you were found violating the fair play policy or the gameplay rules. In such cases, the account won’t be recovered and all the balance in it is lost. Kindly make sure you strictly follow the fair play policies and gameplay rules. Thank you!
